[LINUX] VMware에 Rocky Linux 설치하는 방법 How to Install Rocky Linux on VMware Workstation

Step 1. Download Rocky Linux ISO image

Step 2. Create Rocky Linux on VMware

Next Click

"I will install the operating system later." Click

Operating System : Linux

Version : CentOS 64bit ( newest version )

Set Name and Location for VM

이름 설정 및 위치

Set Disk Size

Customize Hardware Click

New CD/DVD Click and Browse to Rocky Linux in Step 1

CD/DVD 클릭 후 Step 1에서 다운한 Rocky Linux 파일 검색

Select Rocky Linux ISO image

Close and Finish

Power On

Step 3. Install Rocky Linux on VMware

Select Install Rocky Linux

Select Your Language and Click Continue

Select Installation Destination

Select Your Disk and Click Done

Select Software Selection

I choose Server with GUI.

저는 Sever with GUI를 고르겠습니다.

Select Root Password

Set Password for root

Select User Creation

Create admin user account

Select Network

Ethernet On and Click Done

Select Begin Installation

Installing...

Select Reboot System

Select License Information

Accept

Finish
